Thin brick used extensively on column covers including returns at corners and on exterior stair walls

Precast structure for the parking garage is five (5) structured levels, approx. 170,250 sf of supported structured area for approx. 671 spaces.

Unique Features/Innovations: Arched panel recess and reveals used in spandrels. Extensive use of Thin Brick on column covers including returns at corners. Integral stair tower and elevator core with a considerable amount of glass to create more light and openness. Thin Brick soldier course used on five (5) fifth level LB spandrels and four (4) NLB spandrels only. Exterior stair walls have Thin Brick including returns at corners, window and storefront openings.

Special Challenges of this project: Steel embeds cast in for storefront and roofing details.
