First Place – 2010 Connecticut Building Congress (CBC) 14th Annual Award Competition.
This mixed-use project includes a six story parking structure with 861 spaces (approx. 235,716 sf of supported structured area), 24 residential units, a three story office building, retail stores and a small park. Sitting on 2.4 acres this will serve and support the nearby Yale cancer center.
